早前靚靚媽咪同哥哥被邀往開業只有幾個月o既「吉兆」午膳,覺得環境高雅,魚生菜式優質美味,週二就提議一家四口去試埋個廚師發辦晚餐。鄰近蘭桂坊o既「吉兆」可以話係中環鬧市中難得的淨土。佔用面積全層o既壽司店空間感極廣,以木為主o既間隔淳樸清爽,潔淨舒適。接待處旁展出靚花o既小石臺靜靜地散發出和風,幽雅祥和。石臺對面o既陳列架卻擺出酒瓶裝飾,彷彿正在提醒貴客餐店為凡間之地,清酒與魚生乃絕配也!店子外出仲有個陽台,室外座下京都式設計o既石徑禪味濃厚,遠望又有啲似鋼琴上o既黑白琴鍵,靜中帶音,妙哉!肥肥家族食壽司最愛選坐壽司吧,電話訂座時亦有預先講明。壽司吧可容納十四人,吧角貼出「日本產米使用店」字句,飯前已暗地裡為食客打下強心針。餐牌所示,晚市只供「吉」($1,480/位)、「祥」($1,280/位)、「兆」($1,080/位)三款套餐,均配上前菜、湯及甜品。既然店子英文名含壽司一詞,小肥就揀咗有十六貫壽司o既「兆」,而父母同哥哥則三款試勻。當晚o既壽司刺身全部由Ken師傅即場調製,單憑相片應該都睇得出其態度極之認真。試問食魚生又點可以唔飲清酒呢?真係要讚一讚妹妹仔自動加酒o既密度,居然可以拍
