接住上🥢汁煮油甘魚魚較,厚肉多汁,唔咸,好欣賞蘿蔔鮮味

食開壽司就會有條癮,而中環嘅壽司店真係非常之多,好多都好好高質,今日要過嚟同客開會,個客就提議不如嚟呢間食,咁我當然即刻話好啦!呢間餐廳嘅位置好方便,喺威靈頓廣場m88,餐廳環境亦都相當之舒服,裝飾多數用咗木來做背景。要喺中環生存得嘅餐廳,服務都一定有啲保證。叫左chef omakase course,包前菜,6款sashimi,hot dish,8件sushi,湯同甜品。當日好多樣我都覺得好好食好新鮮,包括天婦羅鰻魚,呢樣出邊好少食到,外面酥脆之餘,裡面鰻魚做到有啲creamy!蝦蓉蝦膏加紫蘇葉、安康魚肝壽司、北海道帶子、北海道 kinki、北海道馬糞海膽、野生toro、吞拿魚蓉手捲配金箔好浮誇!最後連薑味雪糕都好好食,呢間推介可以encore啊!食到最後發覺原來室外都仲有個好靚嘅位置,之後秋冬天都可以嚟試吓!

經朋友介紹去了中環吉兆的日本料理,吃高級的晚餐omakase。吉兆的地方寛敞,有餐桌,卡座,可包房和吧枱。我當然選擇了對住廚師的吧枱啦,我order了一份最貴的吉omakase 成為HK$1680 還要加10%服務費,不過我都覺得物有所值,因為當天的食物質素同服務我都相當滿意沒有什麼可挑剔的地方,雖然我是第一次幫襯,廚師同我都有交流,食物新鮮固然重要,而且每份食材的鋪排同買相都相當出色,廚師能令每件食物發揮到各自的特色,舉個例,如吃毛蟹,廚師細心地把殼同蟹肉分好,令你吃的時候能完全吃到蟹的鮮甜,不會在當中加上其他的食材去喧賓奪主,令你食後完全記住蟹肉的味道。雖然價錢可能係貴咗啲,但係如果有喜慶的日子,豪下都無妨啦。
