Restaurant: Communal Dining Hall (Student Canteen II)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日呢間餐廳,喺理工大學,人稱'新Can'。我一直都覺得無論新can、定舊can,其實都係頹can!今日我試新野,所以叫左咖哩炸魚柳飯。飯所落嘅水份剛剛好,唔會太軟。而咖哩,叫做辣得剛剛好,不過如果連埋薄餅一齊食,就會搶左薄餅嘅味分開食嘅話,其實薄餅都幾香、幾脆皮。我今日呢個薄餅係即叫即整嘅,所以幾好食,而薄餅亦係呢間餐廳稍為特色啲嘅野。因為佢係拎住學生飯堂個名,所以我覺得價錢並唔係學生價,亦都唔係話抵過外面好多而服務黎講,我認為'新舊can'都係差架喇,個個員工都無黎精神可能係工作量大掛?有待改善啦
