To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽聞九龍城廣場將清拆，趁放假到此地一遊，逛完有點餓，行經紅雞冰室見裝修新簇，乾淨企理，枱上面加有一塊厚玻璃，特顯懷舊風格。👍我們點左秘製咖哩牛肋條$65+$7紅豆冰🍛牛肋條炆得夠淋夠入味，配飯+薄餅真有特色，薄餅很香，十分好吃😋咖喱很香不會太辣，紅豆好淋不太甜真不錯👍港式焗豬扒飯$68+$7紅豆冰，豬扒可能無拍鬆，有點硬實，炒飯底都頗香，芝士、蕃茄醬汁，味道不錯。地址：九龍城侯王道2B號地鋪
