之前嚟食魚麵嘅時候見到樓上有石板吉列牛同忌廉烏冬,一直都想試下,今日同同事喺附近上完堂終於有機會。同事揀咗吉列牛定食,都幾豐富,除咗主角吉列牛同加咗飯素嘅白飯,仲有蕃茄仔同麻醬豆腐兩款前菜同埋麵豉湯。吉列牛份量適中,外面炸得酥脆,可以就咁食或者放喺石板上烤。牛肉油脂均勻,放喺石板上輕輕煎一煎,入口肉質軟腍,肉汁豐富。我揀嘅牛肉咖哩忌廉烏冬亦非常有驚喜,一上枱以為係甜品,滿滿一碗好似整蛋糕用嘅甜忌廉。一夾落去原來內有乾坤,底下係濃淡適中嘅咖哩汁,香滑嘅忌廉散發住淡淡嘅奶香,同咖哩烏冬出奇地夾,成個配搭都幾驚喜。蜜糖雞翼又香又脆,牛油味好香,面頭灑上白芝麻更加香。
