聖誕節去尖沙咀睇燈飾打卡之前去咗旺角行街食飯先,聖誕西餐特別貴,就揀咗呢間唔會聖誕加價嘅餐廳食。我哋叫咗個二人套餐($256)加咗一個日式唐揚炸雞小食($58)。二人套餐就包左1份吉列牛定食、1個忌廉咖喱牛肉烏冬同埋兩個飲品。吉列牛定食嘅牛肉都幾足料,一大塊牛扒,都有成八九件。將吉列牛扒件放上去爐上面燒成自己鍾意嘅生熟程度,再沾上醬汁食,我哋食到舔舔脷。牛肉質地幾好,有咬口得嚟鬆化,如果想塊牛扒再香啲可以加上牛油燒,噝食之前再加上黑松露醬,真係香氣四溢,味道超級濃郁。另外牛肉沾上解辣沙律醬或者燒汁都有唔同風味,要來送飯一流。忌廉咖喱烏冬都係呢間店嘅signature,我哋牛魔王都係揀咗牛肉配料,如果想食其他肉,可以揀雞肉。忌廉咖喱烏冬一上枱係全白色嘅,底下熱辣辣嘅烏冬掛滿咖喱醬汁,加上洋蔥、西蘭花粒、同埋牛肉粒,烏冬好惹味,而且帶少少creamy好順口。堂楊炸雞份量都好足,熱辣辣新鮮炸起外層勁酥脆,裏面嘅雞肉保持肉汁,就咁食已經好味。如果再沾上跟碟嘅芥末沙律醬就更加滋味,小小嘅Wasabi辣味配上甜甜嘅沙律醬味道。聖誕節嗰日天氣凍,我哋食呢個都好啱,對住個火爐慢慢燒牛扒,好溫暖,又好食,我哋都食得好滿意。 continue reading

周三晚,我與老婆選擇了Kobekyu吉列牛忌廉烏冬專門店共進晚餐。我點了帶子蜆肉蟹籽釜飯~$128,這是一道色香味俱全的豪華海鮮飯。米飯煮得恰到好處,每粒都散發著清香,加上鮮美的帶子、蜆肉和魚子,真是令人垂涎欲滴。為了解膩,我搭配了一杯熱蜂蜜菊花蜜~$28,清甜爽口,與海鮮飯完美搭配。太太則選擇了醬燒黑豚肉釜飯~中95。黑豚肉的肉質鮮嫩多汁,醬汁入味而不油膩,令人難忘。她點的Rose Garden冰飲~$38則是以玫瑰花為主打,清新怡人,極富情調。在這家日式餐廳,我們不僅品嚐到了可口的佳餚,不只填飽了肚子,也填滿了我們的心。 continue reading

唔係好明點解呢度會有咁多好評。去到嘅時候餐廳冇乜人,但係完全冇人帶位。坐低侍應淨係擺低咗兩隻杯同埋水壺,連斟水都要我哋自己嚟。去到叫嘢食都係掃code落單,我真係唔明嗰10%服務費點解要收,係講緊連餐具都係自己打開櫃桶攞,我真係畀得不明不白。嘢食都好普通,吉列牛都唔係淨係得你呢間有得食,除咗有個黑松露醬比較特別之外都冇咩突出嘅地方,我就覺得性價比唔高。至於個忌廉咖喱烏冬,同樣都係唔算特別好食,個咖喱同忌廉溝埋一齊之後變得好淡,唔算難食嘅,但亦都唔係特別好食囉。總之,成個體驗真係唔值得呢個價錢。呢間餐廳係樓上舖,我相信應該都需要唔少成本喺網上做宣傳,亦都可能係咁樣所以有唔少好評,但如果實際上嘅顧客體驗係咁差,我對你哋嘅前景十分之悲觀。 continue reading
