依間吉列牛忌廉烏冬,好耐之前新一開張嘅時候好受歡迎,成日要排長龍,當時食過覺得幾好食,食過一次之後好耐冇食,今日特登去食吓,少人咗好多,晚飯時段都唔滿座。嗌咗個餐係吉列牛加忌廉烏冬,再加咗個釜飯,再叫咗小食炸雞,記得幾年前食嘅時候都仲未有釜飯的。明明冇乜人,但係兩個人淨係可以坐二人枱,我哋嗌咁多嘢根本擺唔到,所以佢終於都俾我哋擺埋去隔籬枱,基本上淨係一個吉列牛都擺滿咗張枱,都擺唔到其他嘢。吉列牛個餐有埋湯、飯、前菜胡麻豆腐,有幾款醬汁,個盤已經咁大,仲要擺個爐。自己放啲吉列牛上去燒下,要幾熟全由自己決定。感覺啲牛冇以前咁香,亦唔算太脆。忌廉烏冬,個人覺得好食過吉列牛,超creamy,入面係咖哩烏冬,夠晒味。入面仲有啲牛肉,但好腥好羶。炸雞,一睇到就發現點解唔係平時食嗰啲炸雞嘅皮,睇落都吉列咁,而個皮都幾厚。釜飯,個飯唔係太熱,同埋冇汁,所以啲飯都幾乾。帶子薄薄幾片,加啲蟹籽,味道還ok。 continue reading
