To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫左個常餐, 炒蛋 + 雞扒+ 咖哩公仔麵, 炒蛋熟得滯, 我都是中意半熟的.... 雞扒幾大塊, 啖啖肉, 但太咸。撈公仔麵GE咖哩汁唔太夠, 偏乾,但D 咖哩汁幾惹味, 不過唔辣GE。另外叫左個咖喱汁薄餅, 好大兜咖哩汁, 同撈公仔麵果D 有DD唔同, 辣少少, 杰D, 都係好惹味, 係港式CURRY味道。薄餅有2大塊, 可惜係我最怕GE油酥餅, 好油呀................
