To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工即刻碌出銅鑼灣沙嗲王太耐無食過白咖哩喇，間唔時諗起都流曬口水今日終於夾到時間去幫襯下等𨋢果陣見到個個都去五樓，幾驚要等位但係可能算夜，唔使等位。個場坐滿曬，張張檯都係呢頭執完果頭入客睇咗一輪，最後都係揀二人餐。有湯/沙律、兩個主菜、一個小食、兩杯飲品，仲有甜品。我地都揀咗蜆肉忌廉湯有幾粒蜆肉，唔呃人😂個湯又無麵粉味(上次去食西餐時飲咗個麵粉湯)一杯無薑味的汽水😂一杯好好味的珍珠奶茶今晚重點⭐白咖哩香茅豬扒飯⭐咁多年個味都係咁好味韓式蜂蜜芥末醬雞翼見到黃色，同聞落好大陣芥辣味朋友唔食芥辣架，幾驚自己一個要食曬好彩食落好似點Jack咁，係芥末mayonnaise味等咗好耐第二個main終於到(人地寫住製作需時但我地長期鬥雞無留意🙈)隻巨髀真係好巨呀！！！又滑又嫩我地兩個人食完個食都飽咗一半，好彩休息一陣隻髀先到，有時間休息下但係都係食唔曬，剩返兩舊下次都係一人食一個咖哩飯就夠喇
