To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咖啡千層蛋糕 ($48)• 咖啡味道濃郁偏甜、不帶苦味。• 頂層奶油口感非常香滑順口，奶油味道同樣香濃。• 餅皮略嫌偏厚一些，口感亦未足夠如一貫千層蛋糕餅皮要有的煙韌感，吃起來感覺餅皮比奶油的比例佔多數了一點。• 整體甜度算是適中，吃完亦不會感到太過累贅。• 賣相中規中矩，每層的食材層次分明、切口齊整，只是在取出保護膠的時候令蛋糕的尖尖位稍為變型。• 這個價錢以言，作為下午茶或飯後甜品，仍然是不錯的性價比之選。
