今次係第二次嚟呢間麵店,之前仲係腐皮烏冬+咖啡。宜家改咗Menu,係黑醬油/白醬油/貝汁拉麵。加set多杯coldbrew咖啡同埋雞蛋焦糖布丁。今次食呢個貝汁拉麵,有三隻大蜆一片豬叉燒。店員先介紹,加埋cold brew一齊食嘅方法。先飲一啖cold blew,之後再飲一啖湯,感受一下鮮味。拉麵而家改用自家製麵更加彈牙爽口。叉燒會跟一舊無花果,夾埋一齊食甜甜鹹鹹咁又幾好味。食完拉麵就食布甸,佢個雞蛋布甸係用日本蛋「曉」做嘅,所以布甸特別硬淨同埋深色,雞蛋味都非常之濃。另外佢哋而家做緊Membership ,買T恤之後逢親返去食就免加一,又可以特快入座。
