To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢篇係我第一篇食評，係因為食完失望到要開account寫，等大家唔好中伏。好耐以前食過呢間啲咖喱薯仔牛腩飯係好好食，今日諗住咁耐無去就去食下。叫左半肥瘦咖喱牛腩飯加根，$72 + $7牛根。份量係多嘅，但一食落口啲咖喱汁一陣酸加燶味，可以話係無乜咖喱味。牛腩就大部份都幾韌，唔算入味。薯仔係烚完就咁撈落去，係無味嘅。牛根算係最好，舊舊都炆到軟哂同入味。總括而言，用$79食個咁嘅咖喱牛腩飯，真係唔會再幫襯。
