To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗個下午茶餐咖央西多餐，一切開，發現無咖央。同佢講話係咪比錯咗？開頭個姨姨都好好心咁幫我拎入廚房問，點知個廚房話呢個係咖央西多。咁我就上網Google一下華星冰室嘅咖央西多，發現其他華星冰室嘅咖央西多都有一層綠色嘅咖央。於是我就拎住張相同佢講你哋華星冰室嘅咖央西多係咁樣個喎。之後個Auntie好好心咁再幫我去廚房問，點知廚房入面傳來一句說話：咖央西多係浸味嚟咋嘛。於是我就要求廚房出嚟對質，點知換來類似個大粒啲嘅，收銀叔叔話你再嗌其他嘢食，之後嚟唔切影相就收走咗個咖央既咖央西多。但係之後都冇再嗌嘢食，所以張單就咁計咗我個餐飲係單嗌。呢間大埔華星冰室，相關人等態度惡劣，雖然其他嘢食OK，但服務態度極其惡劣，又唔勇於承認冇搽咖央，唔會再去食。完！
