To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

繼上次譚仔三哥推出咗個限定版‘花膠雞美線‘，唔夠一個月佢又出招啦！‘酸辣撈薯粉’$39即係撈麵啦！內容包括木耳、豬耳、酸菜、青瓜絲、脆脆片及薯粉，另加左墨丸$6！碗細細薯粉份量應該差唔多，只係冇湯碗細d!需要自行撈起佢所以會有一次性圍裙（佢唔記得比我，我又醒唔起），暖暖地撈勻後只食到一種味～咸～，係咸到其他配料都食唔到該有嘅味！🥵🥵佢講嘅酸辣都食唔出，越食越咸但唔想晒野食曬佢😥😥！完全唔享受！佢好似出新麵都會出埋新飲品，今次都唔例外，出左兩款，只叫左蜜桃乳酸，另一款咸檸梳打賣曬🙁🙁蜜桃乳酸幾好味！真係有桃🍑肉嫁😁叫左蒜泥白肉擺得好靚，成朵花咁🌼咁多間譚仔只見呢間有自助斟水位！最後要讚下譚仔姐姐，當時只有三位姐姐侍應但要招呼十幾枱客，又要探熱、帶位、收錢、執外賣、客人揮手🙋🏼‍♂️落單、分餸菜上枱一腳踢，見佢跑住去應客，但都冇黑面👩🏿，低讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
