To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大部分執台,上菜姐姐服務態度幾好,但係下午得一個落單的員工都算啦,叫人落單就要5-10分鐘。落單個個仲要教客做野🙄🙄。好地地一分鐘落完搞咗幾分鐘仲要被佢話,真係去完個次以後都唔會再去,員工質素太過參差😅🙄🙄🙄

今晚同班姊妹打邊爐,之前陪🤴🏻食個晚餐先!😄😄,呢個新出菜式聽同事講劣評如潮,心內已經打定個低,但要出事嘅最終都會出事😡😡~~~三哥👨🏻水煮湯軟殼蟹🦀米線🍜~~~個湯底都係同之前嘅水煮湯味一樣,幾特別我同🤴🏻都幾鍾意,但係真係衰咗係個軟殼蟹🦀到,唔知係咪同水煮湯嘅湯底唔夾,我哋都食到隻蟹🦀有少少臭味,同埋正常軟殼蟹🦀係可以成隻食晒,但呢隻就唔可以,食落口感好似紙巾仲要係又臭又辣嘅紙巾🤢🤢,而且個蟹🦀味已經完全比個湯浸走晒得返啲海鮮嘅腥臭味😕😕名副其實臭🦀一隻,失敗😳😳~~~炸魚皮~~~炸魚皮好新鮮好脆😀😀

第一次食呢間三哥,下午3點半見無咩人就入黎試下,唔會再黎食!1. 上菜時間慢。由我落單到食物上齊需時20分鐘,但鋪頭人不多。2. 廚房出錯嘢 & 員工落錯單。隔離臺叫嘅魚蛋漏左上。而我order嘅奶茶少甜少冰,送到黎甜度和冰都無減少!3. 員工態度怠慢。舉手好多次叫落單,收銀嘅阿姐叫另一位女侍應,嗰位侍應又叫另一位落,推黎推去。我對面臺個男客叫佐幾次落單無人應,頂唔順走佐。想講,就算係下午時段,都唔代表可以hea做。成班女人圍係廚房出菜口嗰邊唔知做乜,好嘈。客人要落嘢,你就聽唔到。好心你改善下員工質素喇!!!

等左半個鐘,乜都冇,得碟青瓜,外賣仲快過堂食,啲外賣客換咗三批仲未到我,啲嘢仲要難食到爆,半個鐘後,個米線上咗之後仲要少咗嘢,等佢換又等咗十分鐘,食個三哥等咗四十分鐘,勁無奈,以後都唔想嚟
