平時較少食印尼嘢,今日放工往銅鑼灣皇室堡,附近糖街有間Kampoeng,在銅鑼灣商業大厦地庫,裝修具東南亞風味,主打印尼菜。春卷炸得很脆口,又唔太油腻,素菜饀料幾清新。馬拉盞炒雜菜有椰菜花,西蘭花,芽菜,芥蘭和椰菜,配合馬拉盞嘅咸香,清淡新鲜又健康。半隻海南雞份量十足,雞肉嫩滑有雞味,油香感豐富,配合薑蓉,醬油和雞醬三種調味,各適其式。軟殼蟹炒金邊粉口感似港式豉油皇炒河,呢啲偏向淡香而唔太油腻,軟殼蟹幾香脆。印尼炒飯炒得好夠鑊氣,雞肉粒蝦乾粒咸香惹味,飯粒夠香夠乾身,令人回味。
