To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍海逸君綽酒店用餐環境非常舒適，氣氛溫馨，讓人感到非常放鬆。餐廳的裝潢設計非常雅緻，用餐的空間非常舒適。食物的品質也非常優秀，讓人回味無窮。即開生蠔非常值得一試，生蠔的口感非常新鮮，爽甜帶海水味。刺身非常受歡迎，尤其是帶子和蝦，非常新鮮，肉質鮮美，好食。凍海鮮有唔少選擇，包括長腳蟹、麵包蟹，質素就正常，長腳蟹有少少偏淡。炸松子魚也是一道非常推薦的菜品，外皮非常酥脆，內裡則是鮮美的魚肉，配上少少甜酸汁，口感非常豐富。甜品和雪糕種類也非常豐富，芒果拿破崙值得一試。餐廳的服務非常周到，服務人員非常友善。不過人多同空間細是一個缺點，取食物的環境稍嫌擁擠。但總體而言，九龍海逸君綽酒店的食物和環境都非常值得推薦，是一個非常好的用餐選擇。
