探索驚喜之旅!晚上造訪了位於銅鑼灣的越南菜餐廳-安南,起初沒有太大期望,但品嚐完後,真心覺得食物質素相當出色。先談環境,新穎裝潢,佢10分舒適有格調,適合與朋友相聚。牛柏葉沙律: 酸酸甜甜,10分開胃濃郁嘅牛肉湯,配上日本A4 和牛湯河粉,是普通嘅pho 提升左一個層次每一次都必食的春卷。以蟹肉、蝦肉、豬肉再加入洋蔥、乾蔥和越南粉絲 的内餡,以越南米紙包裹逡炸全皮脆内嫩,伴以生菜、金不換爭香草,中和油膩感。呢個係一個好特別嘅存在,如果你好似我咁樣唔鍾意好大陣,香草味就唔好叫啦。順化浮萍餅 -有啲似客家嘅砵仔糕,非常有風味!而且唔係好多地方有得食,必食!有鑊氣有風味!啱晒鍾意食海鮮嘅你湯品方面,如果你鍾意椰青味嘅話依個合適不過。但係有椰青同大硯嘅鮮甜,令你回味無窮!同行朋友想食,所以我哋叫做呢一個越南醬燒豬肋骨。口味係比較屬於西式。最後甜品係必叫!芒果糯米飯同椰子雪糕都非常之好味!尤其是佢嘅椰子雪糕係唔會太甜,香濃又滑。聽聞係師傅試咗好多次先至調校到依個味道!強烈推介
