牛百叶切得均匀细致,口感爽弹,以鱼露为基底调制的酱汁,鲜、酸、辣并带点回甜,味型有别于一般的越式沙律,丰富又开胃。别小看细碎的干辣椒,后劲很足。

牛骨清汤是温和平衡的那一派,比起鲜味,更多突出清甜。香气还是挺醇的,但滋味来说个人更喜欢香港那几家pho专门店。牛肉牛肚牛筋牛肉丸肉质自然不在话下,份量也非常足。

我身邊有啲人都讚呢間安南好食,前幾日食完,我覺得佢唔難食,不過絕對唔會推薦,如果真係一定要讚嘅⋯⋯我諗我淨係會讚佢個椰子雪糕好食,其他就普通普通。其實嗰晚我哋嗌咗好多嘢食,不過個味道令到我都冇乜心機影相,例如,睇餐牌嘅時候覺得個庶蝦好吸引,所以一定要叫,碟餸嚟咗之後其實賣相都仲好靚仔,當我第一啖咬落去,「X」個蝦膠薄到好似塊皮咁,搞到成個風味冇晒、蒜蓉牛油雞翼就蒜蓉同牛油味都唔夠、豬頸肉就太瘦、仲有一個蟹肉炒粉絲,直程唔知做乜春,食極都估唔到佢係炒嘅,味道偏淡、相反生牛肉河又偏鹹,真心反晒白眼🙄,不過口味嘅嘢始終每個人都唔同,嗰啲人讃得就自然有佢鍾意食嘅味道,又或者佢鍾意食偏鹹嘅生牛河。

已經有一年沒有去利園一期4字楼的安南越菜館,今天友人飯聚相邀午餐,到了舖面才知道餐廳已經搬遷去了二期3楼,幸好路程相近,数分鐘便抵達新店了。新店的裝湟比舊的更有熱帶情調,公共行人走廊亦見寬敞,仍然是與日本菜館權八比鄰,2間店前增設了入座等候的椅子,給人有種頗憇意的感覺。新舖地方渙然一新,可是服務仍是一樣,餐品也沒有轉換,仍是不過不失,但,疫情後沒有退步,已經是進步了!餐館的煎墨魚餅和蒸粉包都是我例必点的小食,保持着原有口味,不得不讚,安南的越式小食是出色的。朋友喜歡筍殼魚,但這餐館做這菜式稍微見乾,一年後也沒改變。那盆炭燒豬肉改變了点,它加入了肉丸,但不討好!生牛肉河仍是湯不夠熱,每次都呻,但每次都要点它,犯賤😂環境:舒適服務:一般食物:可以

點餐途中問男侍應要多一個餐牌給朋友一家,因其中一人對食物敏感,侍應雖站在旁邊一路跟我們落單,但叫咗兩次都唔睬,要第三次叫先攞嚟,一臉不耐煩的態度。叫咗荷葉飯,冇匙羹冇飯碗,唔通佢哋預客人只係用一雙筷子及一隻碟去夾起飯粒?叫侍應攞匙羹或碗我們,點知只係攞咗一隻匙羹俾我,我話其他人呢,先至攞啲碗給我們一枱。今次是第二次到餐廳用膳,上一次感覺服務及侍應的臉孔已經麻麻哋,今次更差,食物O K 也影響心情,唔會再去食!!

朋友聚會唔錯既選擇,環境舒服乾淨,就算無卡位,近窗邊位置個景都唔錯,個牛仔骨好驚喜,多肉又淋同埋好Juice😃😃😃牛油果配軟殼蟹既米紙卷,加埋個汁真係好解膩,好開胃🤤串燒反而柴柴地😱😱炒河粉好清淡,可能係啲肉太濃味啦🫣🫣最後個甜品😵‍💫唔識形容唔係唔好食既啲雪糕分開食好食啲囉🙄🙄
