中環蘭桂坊附近的一間西斑牙菜餐廳,環境好美觀,有窗口位可以看夜景👍🏻 在這裡品嚐了他們的幾道招牌菜~ 前菜首先是Southern Sea,以帶子為主角,帶子鮮嫩多汁,融合了南方風味,口感豐富。醬汁的選擇與搭配非常出色😍 接下來是suckling pig,是餐廳的招牌菜之一。他們的燒豬以嫩豬仔為主,經過特殊的調味和燒烤技巧,豬肉質地鮮嫩多汁,外皮酥脆。每一口都能品味到豬肉的鮮美和細嫩的口感😋主菜來了Lobster Thermidor絕對是一道值得一試的菜式。以新鮮的龍蝦為主,搭配豐富的奶油和芝士醬汁烹調而成。龍蝦的鮮甜與奶油芝士的濃郁完美融合😁Wagyu beef五成熟,和牛肉質細嫩,外焦內嫩,配菜豐富~最後有Truffle & cheese,這個外脆內香軟的拉絲三文治十分可口,松露的香氣與起司的濃郁口感相得益彰,我挺喜歡這小吃👍🏻
