To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇廣告不斷宣傳勁重口味的芫茜山米線....專登走去試下，叫左個乜都有的麵再加錢轉左芫茜皮蛋湯底，但原來咁樣叫只係得好少芫茜起面，所以加左３蚊額外加多Ｄ芫茜。另外再叫個芫茜青檸特飲。睇實物以為湯底係煲到入晒味的芫茜湯，可惜只係飲到似魚湯味的湯，一點芫茜味都沒有。平時阿媽煲的芫茜魚片湯更加有芫茜味。芫茜麵原來只係放一堆芫茜在麵面上，有些失望。芫茜特飲佢有打碎少少芫茜混入特飲，可惜又係完全冇茜味，成杯特飲變成青檸七喜，又係失望。整體說，對於呢個茜遊記原本寄語希望，可惜完全失望而回。
