西班牙傳統既前菜十分得意，醃八爪魚配香檳醋甜椒配搭特別，估不到入口八爪魚有甜甜酸酸既醬汁，好惹味，八爪魚小小一口，入口不會太硬，開胃小食另一道小食，地中海式炸魷魚圈配檸檬蒜香黃，這個魷魚圈大小厚度剛好，炸得香口脆身，不油膩，入口魷魚鮮味十足，點了特別的沙律醬，酸酸的，好美味西班牙海鮮飯用一個金屬鑊載著，新鮮熱辣，陪著不同的海鮮，色彩繽紛，賣相十分吸引。軟軟的飯粒分明，入口包含了海鮮的香味，十分入味但不糊口。海鮮份量十足，海蝦爽身，青口及貝類鮮甜，魷魚味鮮，魚柳魚味十足，厚肉嫩口。Tapas Brew 特色烤乳豬早已吸引我，在餐廳外海報有介紹，嘩，在碟上的乳豬外皮光澤十足，切開pop pop 聲，外皮十分脆，乳豬肉十分嫩口，肉嫩皮脆真的好好味，食過會encore
