To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 偶爾喜歡去大館打下卡📸浸淫下歷史文化氣息，慢活一下。想更加chill，感受更多，可以去埋係廣場地下嘅樂茶軒，食個lunch，飲下茶🍵呢度分開室外同室內位置，室外可以曬下太陽好舒服☀️室內就同大館本身嘅歷史建築完美融合。其實呢度係一間非一般茶館，有好多種類嘅茶可以品嚐，吧台後放滿一罐罐茶葉，而另一邊則放滿酒杯，因為呢度有得飲茶啤🍻融合中式茶葉同啤酒，好新奇😆😆呢日lunch就嚟嘆下茶，食點心，點心全部都係素🥦整個體驗都好特別👍🏻👍🏻孜然彩椒羊肉串聞落好香孜然味，造型好像真😛羊肉其實係豆類做成，質感彈牙，咬落甜甜地幾特別。芥末蜜糖魷魚圈好香口，估唔到用素菜都扮到真嘅魷魚圈一樣，好香口😙😙豉油皇炒素牛腸粉每次飲茶都鍾意叫炒腸粉，牛肉應該係用菇類整成，但食落幾可亂真，真係有牛肉嘅質感🐮加上惹味嘅炒腸粉，幾好食😋😋焗素蟹餅咬開見到一絲絲嘅餡料真係幾似蟹肉，口感軟滑，面頭加上少少刺激嘅芥末醬都唔錯😚和風素菜福袋呢款就相對清啲，餡料有啲藜麥、粟米、菇菌等，比較清新。上湯浸時蔬最後食返個清爽啲嘅菜中和一下。金花茯磚茶（2019年金獎）呢度🔝10嘅茶品，睇住姨姨好純熟地泡茶、溫杯、沖泡，整個過程都好專業👏
