To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍉🍈🍍水果有西瓜，哈密瓜，菠蘿，西瓜幾清甜爽脆，無浸糖水嘅👍🏻

🥚烚蛋，無烚到十成熟，蛋白仲係有少少嫩，蛋黃好軟綿

🍞炸饅頭，點煉奶一絕，外脆內軟，仲熱辣辣，必食！
🥐肉桂卷，幾香肉桂味，但小編懶無加熱返，口感爭左啲，相信放焗爐加熱返，表面脆啲熱啲，會更好味😗

小編去機場處理機票返到黎已經快2點，得半小時食，場內都仲不斷添熱食，甜品壽司就無再加🥲

小編試左少少龍蝦湯，偏咸，淺嚐可以了🤓

 🍮甜品賣相一般，但意想唔到 ，唔錯喎
焗麵包布丁，整得好好食，外層少少脆，內層好軟滑，有啲似疏乎厘嘅口感，鬆軟，又唔會太甜，不錯😋

🍫 朱古力，抹茶味都好濃郁，啲慕絲好滑身😋
