To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我係日本料理既愛好者成日都要食日本野先覺得滿足～今次我又去品嚐美食同屋企人行完街之後就去左好受大眾歡迎既「千両」食壽司一行四人都預左大吃大喝豪食一次～因為晚飯時間我地等位都等左半個鐘終於入到去 ☺ 我地前前後後叫左廿幾碟壽司三文魚係眾人既至愛屋企人有啲中意食軍艦壽司有啲中意食手卷～🍣其實我個人都幾揀擇我比較中意食刺身仲要係某幾款刺身先岩食我既至愛係帶子刺身同埋油甘魚😍我地叫左起碼三碟帶子同埋四碟油甘魚刺身～「千両」並非浪得虛名佢既刺身大大件好足料之餘仲好新鮮肉質鮮美每一啖都令人回味無窮😋我地四個人最後一千三百幾蚊埋單😅 偶爾豪一次就算喇長期咁食法真係會荷包乾硬化搵極都唔夠食 😂 服務員做野都幾勤奮經常幫我地收走啲空碟令我地食既時候可以坐得舒服啲～
