友人想起日本串燒,預先用Openrice訂了位。店內設吧台,很適合一個人吃串燒。甫坐下,店員端上香熱玄米茶。先來一瓶君之井山廢純米吟釀(300ml)($338),香氣較重,有清淡的辛口和淡淡的旨味,不搶過串燒的風頭,又能清除前一串串燒的味道。蟹膏豆腐($58),豆腐頂層放上蟹肉和三款橙黑綠籽,帶出三層不同的爽口感--豆腐的冰爽、蟹肉的鮮爽和籽的爆汁爽口。鮟鱇魚肝($98),外層爽口,內層軟稔,蔥粒為鮟鱇魚肝添上清新感。海膽松葉蟹蓋甲蘿燒($128),店員會在我們面前把松葉蟹放在爐上燒,燒好後拿走火爐,所以能聞到剛燒完的海鮮香氣。這款食物用來打卡甚佳,很有日本居酒屋風味。因為海膽本身有鹹味,調味可減一些鹽,更能突顯松葉蟹本身的蟹味。以餅乾盛起海膽和松葉蟹,濃郁的鹹香醬和脆餅乾配搭合宜。自家制免治雞肉軟骨($48一串),友人和我喜歡吃雞軟骨,點了兩串。雞軟骨燒得香口,配上新鮮的生雞蛋吃,雞蛋的黏滑和雞軟骨相輔相成。自家制清雞湯熱稻庭($68),店員推介這款烏冬的雞湯,說雞湯用了十六隻雞煮成,沒有味精。幼滑的烏冬與香淳的雞湯很配,雞湯真的非常好喝,最後我們把烏冬和雞湯全吃光。強烈推介自家製清
