呢間餐廳之前淨係做晚市,最近開始做埋午市,環境裝修超級靚,好有格調,啲燈光同埋啲裝飾都好日系。一入到去,即刻叫咗個胡麻波菜蟹肉沙律做頭盤。個沙律好清新爽口,波菜新鮮爽脆,蟹肉夠鮮甜,配埋個胡麻醬,香香地帶點微甜,真係開胃之選。主餐方面,揀咗個鹽燒鯖魚套餐同安格斯牛肉簿燒套餐。個鯖魚係我嘅心頭好,皮燒得香脆,魚肉夠鮮嫩多汁,調味恰到好處,唔會太鹹。安格斯牛肉就真係無得頂,肉質超嫩滑,個醬汁香濃惹味,配埋啲飯食簡直完美。串燒係呢間嘅招牌,叫咗四款試下。秋葵串燒新鮮爽口,個醬油味夠香;冬菇串燒香甜有嚼勁,個醬汁入味;自家制免治雞肉軟骨串燒就最正,肉質鬆軟多汁,個軟骨爽爽地,仲有微微嘅香辣味;雞腎串燒都幾出色,腍滑新鮮,調味入味,唔會有雜味。全部串燒都燒到啱啱好,個個都有獨特嘅風味。總括嚟講,SAKEH嘅午市套餐性價比好高,份量夠,質素都好好。環境舒服,服務態度親切,啲嘢食賣相靚,味道更加正。最欣賞佢哋啲串燒嘅創意,每款都有自己嘅特色。無論係同朋友食飯定係商務午餐,都啱啱好。 continue reading

行經韓國街,見到呢間居酒屋外面有個set lunch既大餐牌開頭覺得餐廳個門口睇落應該唔平但係set lunch啲價錢睇落又好OK喎鍾意食牛既我唔洗點諗就揀左慢煮美國牛小排 🥩一上菜...........咁精緻既!$128真心唔貴喎又跟著就食一啖牛肉先啦喂喂喂!好有牛肉味同牛脂香十分豐富,而且鬆軟無咩筋 👍牛肉下面墊住啲洋蔥同蒜芯,帶蔬菜本身既爽甜另外搭兩個小前菜:帶子裙邊同昆布煮雞肉小前菜係凍既,唔知係咪個個食得慣,至少我就OK既帶子裙邊有咬口,調味係普遍帶子裙邊會食到既口味而昆布煮雞肉味道稍濃,撈飯一流隨餐附送生果同埋mochi個mochi當日係哈密瓜味,同個生果互相呼應 😂個生果好新鮮好甜,個mochi反而因此比下去,感覺味道人工左少少個lunch set都未食完,我已經忍唔住睇下個a la cart menu然後叫多左個甲羅燒 🦀 同埋銀鱈魚西京燒甲羅燒裡面混合左蟹肉、海膽同蟹子我第一啖係無連餅乾咁食,滿滿水產鮮味,超級感動 😭不過唔建議甲羅燒同餅乾分開食,除非你撈飯(which is very unlikely 😂)因為食超多一啖你應該會覺得鹹銀鱈魚西京燒 my all-time favourite ❤️上菜既時候,我見到魚上面既油分仲bulubulu咁冒緊出黎即係真係岩岩煎好就即刻上碟,熱辣辣 🔥銀鱈魚不嬲好食,呢樣都唔洗我特別形容呢度做既銀鱈魚都係我係其他地方食開咁一貫地好食最鍾意就係佢熱辣辣新鮮上碟令魚油香發揮得更淋漓盡致 😄而家遇到想翻啅既餐廳真係唔多,但呢間會係其中一間!下次試下晚飯時段再黎先 continue reading
