To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝去美心皇宮飲茶...坐左好多人...不過唔多人等位...所以一去到就有位...不過.....員工少....等開茶...等擺位...都幾耐....雖然要等....但我地好體諒..食物都係推車仔...唔係用點心紙...好欣賞D 姨姨...知我地想食蝦餃...即使唔係佢賣...佢都會停車...幫我地去搵....令人最嬲O既事...O係埋單發生....叫左埋單....等5分鐘先有單...(我體諒)侍應A 拎左我張credit card....又等5分鐘....(我又體諒)侍應B 拎我張credit card 番o黎比我簽....我簽完名...侍應B 就比番credit card 底單...點心卡,同埋收據我....同我講"多謝哂, 拜拜"..之後即刻走左...我好奇怪...點解佢比埋張點心卡我...因為通常都係茶樓keep...我想問...不過個侍應已經走左.....於是我心想...可能美心入哂電腦....唔需要張卡啦...咁張卡又有我信用卡簽名....我就拎走埋...檢查清楚...我就撕左張卡...呢個時候...一個無名o既侍應C 跑出o黎...佢見我手上張撕左一半o既點心卡...佢當住

雖然要等....但我地好體諒..

侍應A 拎左我張credit card....又等5分鐘....(我又體諒)

侍應B 拎我張credit card 番o黎比我簽....
我簽完名...侍應B 就比番credit card 底單...點心卡,同埋收據我....
同我講"多謝哂, 拜拜"..之後即刻走左...

我好奇怪...點解佢比埋張點心卡我...因為通常都係茶樓keep...
我想問...不過個侍應已經走左.....
於是我心想...可能美心入哂電腦....唔需要張卡啦...
咁張卡又有我信用卡簽名....我就拎走埋...
檢查清楚...我就撕左張卡...

呢個時候...一個無名o既侍應C 跑出o黎...
佢見我手上張撕左一半o既點心卡...
佢當住其他食客...罵我 "張卡我地咖....挪到咁...有無攪錯呀!"...
我同佢講..."你同事比我...無用咪撕囉..."
佢扮聽唔到...返返入去...

我無同佢嘈...因為我體諒佢好忙...
不過事後...我打左上去意見熱線投訴...
