To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次去沙田稻香已經好不滿,但係始終去開稻香飲茶,都想比多次機會,今次接待、環境等等都好好多,唯一不滿係出餐員工冼蓮居第一係完全冇冚好食物,出餐員工有三個,就得佢冇係食物上面加蓋;第二係佢經手嘅山竹牛肉我同朋友都食到有魚味,而我對魚有輕微敏感,我地同返佢講,佢態度好差咁話「點會食到魚味?依個係山竹牛肉,係你地搞錯」,咁我講我敏感但係食到魚味,佢就話「我唔知喎,又唔係我整嘅」如果山竹牛肉一直係咁嘅味道,我點會依連續五年一直同屋企人幫襯稻香,仲要每次都要山竹牛肉?
