To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 員工態度有待改善

收工同媽咪食下午茶，呢間平民西餐由二樓搬咗落樓下，有啲員工啲態度真係有待改善，果陣下午4點半，門口無員工截住啲客話要拎飛，咪行入去見位就坐，咁見到有個女食客就黎食完我哋就搭住枱先，照落單，員工無問我哋3個係咪一齊，女食客食飽就去埋單，原來落單嘅員工將女食客嘅單計埋咗同一張單，仲話返我哋卡位係唔可以搭枱我哋嗌咗一個豬扒包、兩個天使麵，賣落枱就放低一個天使麵，佢架手推車嘅第二個天使面冇擺低想攞返入廚房，我媽就話我哋嗌咗兩個，就係落單果個員工話：你又唔早啲講嘩真係食到一肚氣，好似好巴閉唔憂做咁，啲嘢食幾平幾好食都冇用
