To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經不止一次在這餐廳買外賣，而每一次都係一肚氣，完全冇改善。無論餐廳係咪好多客人好多單，樓面完全不懂處理外賣，經常發夢。外賣煮好包好都唔會有人拎出來俾客，企喺門外等永遠冇員工主動出來叫攞外賣，次次都要追先有人去搵下整好未。最近呢次仲離譜，包好左嘅外賣放喺堂食客枱上，完全唔知已準備好可以攞，白白等左半個鐘。同啲樓面反映時完全無視，完全唔會覺得唔好意思，不知所謂。建議如若真的要買外賣，應直接到廚房外追單，靠樓面叫外賣一定冇得食。
