To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先,我唔介意等足成粒鐘食一餐飯,但真係好介意佢地俾嘅服務質素係差過茶餐廳嘅伙記哥哥姐姐1. 我一入去坐低就見到裝住醬油樽鹽樽嗰塊板瀉曬醬油無人換,我諗你上手清場唔會見唔到呀,彈到筷子都有醬油...2.點菜呢個個就推波咁推,隻眼開隻眼閉一係就話唔得閒一去無回頭...我左右隔離枱次次叫五六個人先落到單3.你唔出聲佢亦唔會同你開爐(自己開啦你!!!!)4.上菜呢無位佢亦唔會同你執位,企喺度乜都唔講等你自己執位執完就上菜走人,所以又係自己執位啦你!!!!5.隔離枱上菜倒曬醬汁彈到我,我當你唔知彈到我但你唔同我講都應該同隔離枱嘅食客講Sorry呀? 佢又係唔出聲拎紙巾抹完就走...我睇住左右隔離同自己嗰枱得到D咁嘅服務真係谷到同我媽咪叫完第一輪就話唔食埋單走人...我真係從此唔會再踏足牛角半步!!!

3.你唔出聲佢亦唔會同你開爐(自己開啦你!!!!)

4.上菜呢無位佢亦唔會同你執位,企喺度乜都唔講等你自己執位執完就上菜走人,所以又係自己執位啦你!!!!

5.隔離枱上菜倒曬醬汁彈到我,我當你唔知彈到我但你唔同我講都應該同隔離枱嘅食客講Sorry呀? 佢又係唔出聲拎紙巾抹完就走...

我睇住左右隔離同自己嗰枱得到D咁嘅服務真係谷到同我媽咪叫完第一輪就話唔食埋單走人...我真係從此唔會再踏足牛角半步!!!
