美食哥倫布今次去咗銅鑼灣搵野食!有乜好野食?一齊睇下啦!去得食越南梗係一定要叫越式法包、炸春卷同撈檬啦!不過啲間越南餐廳嘅撈檬就夠晒地道,同我地一般係香港食到嘅有啲唔同!一齊同大家睇吓有咩分別啦!依到嘅越式法包同一般淨係加扎肉,酸蘿蔔嘅唔同!因為佢有得加叉燒!而且法包大大個!法包夠晒脆,入面啲料又夠晒爆滿!超好食!越式炸春卷一份有三大條,切開一半,一共有六小件!春卷隔離有啲酸蘿蔔絲、香草,另外仲有生菜俾你包著食!春卷皮薄餡靚,薄薄嘅脆皮入邊包著木耳絲,蘿蔔絲同肉碎,好有口感!再包埋啲酸蘿蔔同生菜一齊食重可以無咁漏添!呢碗燒豬肉撈檬粉大家有無覺得有啲唔同咁呢?因為正常應該係配甜辣醋汁㗎嘛,點解隔離有碗湯嘅?原來越南人係會用湯撈嚟食,碗湯酸酸地仲會有兩粒肉丸!都幾特別!餐廳仲有越式蒸餾咖啡!水吧位仲有部幾得意嘅蒸餾咖啡機仔!好可愛!去食嘅時候可以留意下!

依到嘅越式法包同一般淨係加扎肉,酸蘿蔔嘅唔同!因為佢有得加叉燒!而且法包大大個!法包夠晒脆,入面啲料又夠晒爆滿!超好食!
