When I passed by the street lately, discovered that the restaurant used to be there was missing. This let me think of the best Banh Mi I tried in town and decided to write back down the dining experience.Throw back: when I sit down and checking on the menu, one of the staff recommended the Banh Mi. However, I want to eat noodles instead, I decided to order one Pho and one Vermicelli. When we order, one staff claimed to be the boss highly recommended to try their Banh Mi again. Seeing they insisted to let us try the Banh Mi, we ordered their signature Banh Mi and Vermicelli with grilled shrimp.The Banh Mi was so amazing and yummy, not dry at all. I think the most delicious part was their secret sauce, very match with the meat and the bread. The Vermicelli is very normal when compared with the Banh Mi. The staff chatted with us and said not much Hong Kong people will choose to order Banh Mi in Vietnam restaurant and hope more people will try their Banh Mi.

今日經過銅鑼灣耀華街,望入去好似有好多食店,噤啱有d囗痕,就行入去睇吓有乜啱食先見到呢間嗰名有個越字,我估佢應該係做越南食品,問吓待應佢話係,而且好耐冇食過,就走入去坐低尋食一吓先需然店舖唔係好大,但座位都好寬敞舒適睇完餐牌最後我選左:春卷撈檬粉、香茅牛油雞翼和菠蘿冰。春卷撈檬粉:賣相好靚,色彩繽紛,春卷入囗實正飽滿,咬落好脆,內裏木耳好爽呢個檬粉值得讚係佢選用左幼身檬粉,而且將檬粉、紅蘿蔔、青瓜和椰菜,切成一樣大細長度既條狀,另到更易入囗,還有加左炸蒜、炸乾蒽、炸蝦米增加囗感,再加個越式酸醋,撈暈晒然後一啖放入囗,口感非常豐富香茅牛油雞翼(四隻):咬入囗外脆內嫩,還有熱辣辣既肉汁流出,雞翼面加左d炸蒜好惹味菠蘿冰:好多菠蘿肉粒食,味道幾甜,至於菠蘿汁冇乜加糖水,因為唔係好甜。溫馨提示,雞翼送來時唔好即刻食,等一陣先食,因為即叫即炸,真係好熱。

今晚出開搵朋友食 Dinner~朋友係 Time Square 附近, 就去個頭搵下食! 見到有間幾有 feel 嘅越南餐廳, 就食呢度啦裡面雖然只有簡單嘅裝修, 但係位置舒服! 座位夠闊啊~而有一樣野對我地呢 D 電話不離手嘅人好緊要! 就係每個座位都有一個叉電位, 好貼心❤而餐牌除左有一般嘅越南粉麵外, 仲有好有特色嘅法包😍一於叫黎試下~先黎左2杯飲品熱情果梳打同青檸薄荷梳打! 熱情果淡淡嘅甜味中帶 D 酸, 好特別又好飲而青檸薄荷非常開胃, 青檸同薄荷真係最佳配搭之後係2個小食😋特級法包配牛油, 蜂蜜同豬肝醬! 嘩~個法包好脆啊, 配上牛油同甜甜蜂蜜好正! 而豬肝醬有驚喜, 一般外面嘅都偏鹹~呢個唔會, 而且味道香濃, 好食另外一道就係大蝦米紙卷, 除左滿滿嘅蔬菜之外, 蝦仲好大隻 tim主菜先黎左雞絲湯河, 雞絲非常香~而湯頭仲要係雞湯! 加埋辣椒同青檸~真係不錯而最期待嘅就係特色法包~我叫左個金不換香茅雞法包唔單止配搭新鮮, 而且真係有香濃辣味! 香茅同金不換味道好香~鍾意辣同重口味嘅朋友可以試下!總結: 我地2個人叫左唔少野食, total 都係 HKD320左右~而佢地嘅特色法包真係好出色, 仲有好特別嘅配搭! 地點好方便, 大家可以試試啊💓💓😍

夜晚放學,見時間尚早,就同同學食個晚飯醫下肚先返屋企,我地呢日去咗銅鑼灣站附近嘅耀華街搵食,見有間越南嘢望落唔錯,就走咗人去試下。款式選擇多,小食,法包,湯河,撈檬,飯,主菜,實有一樣啱食。⭐️越式法包配 牛油、特級蜂蜜、豬肝醬法包鬆化,豬肝醬香滑味濃。⭐️雞絲湯河雞絲份量多,湯底夠味,河粉煮得啱啱好,口感爽滑。⭐️香茅牛油雞翼外皮好脆,入面肉質juicy。⭐️春卷撈檬春卷足料漲卜卜,撈檬開胃好食。⭐️波蘿冰味道清新,甜度適中。
