To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我好鐘意食譚仔三哥今次好失望由帶位落單，收銀都係得一個姐姐之後送餐員幫手落單，點咗蕃茄湯底，走牙菜，墨魚丸，腐皮，豬潤⋯第一次嚟⋯變咗三哥辣湯底第二次變咗有牙菜，雞肉，無我要嘅餸我再講多次要走芽菜，第三次，餸啱，芽菜無走⋯因為我趕時間，唔再搞咁多嘢啦！食物好食，服務唔掂可能太多客人，個個都做到好攰？最令我讚嘅係唔使搭枱，喺疫情下係舒服好多！唔使同陌生人一齊坐，而且寬敞！不過到比錢果陣，聽外賣電話同收銀都係得一個姐姐快啲增加人手啦！
