To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 所謂「做起左,就愈來愈差」,早兩年d食物質素真係好好,但今日食完真係差中之差,首先等位明明下層一直都有空位,但係就唔知點解要等成半個鍾先比人坐入去,呢樣算,好小事 可能人手上問題或安排上問題。其次係以前d火炙壽司全部都係即整,上到黎都係暖既,但今日食係好快就有得食,但係好明顯係擺左好耐,凍晒既火炙壽司,都算,廿拎蚊想幾高質。最後,一開始就order左既串燒,食晒所有野等左15分鐘都未有,咁嘗試問下有未,佢話整緊,然後埋機督機落order,誠信出現問題,都算,營商手段理解,跟住等多15分鍾都未有,算,cut order走人算。無下次
