過咗中午繁忙時間,行過見到呢間主打低溫炸豬扒嘅舖頭,又諗唔到食乜嘢,所以入去試下之前係京都食過空蟬亭,係一間低溫炸豬扒嘅元祖,老實講自己冇覺得好驚艷,所以今次來試呢間亦都冇抱有好大期望價錢方面其實同丼吉差唔多,二百蚊一個套餐我要咗炸豬扒,因為個人覺得豬扒嘅口感比豬柳好,豬柳實在太淋,完全冇咬口佢之所以叫白櫻,係因為白色嘅麵包糠同埋櫻花色嘅豬肉豬扒食落有一股肉味,但唔算係豬嘅臭味,另外雖然麵包糠睇落白曬曬,好似冇炸過咁,不過咬落去香脆嘅,而且個炸衣好薄,亦都唔會同埋豬扒分離,成件事覺得食落去好輕盈,比起食當吉嗰類型嘅吉列豬扒,呢度畀你一個感覺就係食完冇咁大罪惡感朋友叫咗吉列豬扒咖哩飯,但係咖哩味完全蓋過曬豬扒本身嘅味道,亦都令到個炸衣完全唔脆,所以強烈建議淨係叫炸物,唔好配咖哩汁

價錢方面其實同丼吉差唔多,二百蚊一個套餐

我要咗炸豬扒,因為個人覺得豬扒嘅口感比豬柳好,豬柳實在太淋,完全冇咬口

佢之所以叫白櫻,係因為白色嘅麵包糠同埋櫻花色嘅豬肉

豬扒食落有一股肉味,但唔算係豬嘅臭味,另外雖然麵包糠睇落白曬曬,好似冇炸過咁,不過咬落去香脆嘅,而且個炸衣好薄,亦都唔會同埋豬扒分離,成件事覺得食落去好輕盈,比起食當吉嗰類型嘅吉列豬扒,呢度畀你一個感覺就係食完冇咁大罪惡感

朋友叫咗吉列豬扒咖哩飯,但係咖哩味完全蓋過曬豬扒本身嘅味道,亦都令到個炸衣完全唔脆,所以強烈建議淨係叫炸物,唔好配咖哩汁
