黎到長洲夜晚,冇好似其他人去海邊食海鮮檔,走左去搵人氣高企既「是蛋」。去到晚飯時間7點,見得2個人等緊,以為咁好彩唔駛排咁耐。原來佢個招牌菜「土制炸蛋」已經貼上售罄難得黎到,就緊係照等位啦。餐廳真係好細下,應該得10個位度,真係小店黎。我地食過下午茶,唔算肥餓,所以只係叫左2份野食:松露是蛋炒配煎薯餅薯餅唔係糊狀果種,係切幼條整既。個人覺得如果一半一半就冇咁易散啦。餅上既炒蛋配黑松露好惹味好香!夾埋蔥粒好食真·卡邦尼意粉一上檯既時候,Waitress 話千奇唔好放太耐,可能驚我地掛住影相。同埋佢係即時刨芝士碎係我地個意粉上面既,所以我地都好聽話即刻ko左個意粉先。正宗既卡邦尼係落蛋汁,完全符合店名呀,咩都係蛋但係個人覺得咸左d,唔知係咪因為個芝士既關係啦!意粉質感係少少硬既。總結:終於係長遊都試到人氣小店,係可惜未食到炸蛋,唯有靠幻想想像下個味道。想試既朋友就記得中午好黎啦!

難得黎到,就緊係照等位啦。

薯餅唔係糊狀果種,係切幼條整既。
個人覺得如果一半一半就冇咁易散啦。
餅上既炒蛋配黑松露好惹味好香!

真·卡邦尼意粉
一上檯既時候,Waitress 話千奇唔好放太耐,可能驚我地掛住影相。同埋佢係即時刨芝士碎係我地個意粉上面既,所以我地都好聽話即刻ko左個意粉先。


正宗既卡邦尼係落蛋汁,完全符合店名呀,咩都係蛋

但係個人覺得咸左d,唔知係咪因為個芝士既關係啦!意粉質感係少少硬既。
