Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友約左美味廚打邊爐, 之前都有聽過人講哩間打邊爐ok, 所以都冇意見.黎到就有碟生姜皮蛋, 我好鍾意食皮蛋, 所以都唔介意佢charge之後揀左蜆肉同沙嗲湯底, 佢既湯底最平$90 最貴好似150. 咩tirumisu 湯底我就冇乜興趣試啦.原本諗住叫和牛, 不過$3xx 得4片, 唔夠分喎, 所以叫返普通牛, 都係3xx 不過一大碟.之後我地都係叫返平時打邊爐o個d 菜, 生根, 蟹柳, 芝士腸, 粟米, 等等.特別d 既好似蝦丸同墨魚滑好彈牙都好好味, 特別係個墨魚滑, 仲有一粒粒墨魚粒, 不過一份丸都要成$150另外d 餃都幾得意, 我諗d 咸係佢地自創, 不過有d 我就覺得唔係好match.埋單每人over $400, 不過我就覺得以哩個水準唔係好值, 而且我地亦都唔係叫好多特別野, 好多都係現成買返黎都收咁貴.
