To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為市道唔好，好多食肆都9點就Last Order，行過佐敦什至見到某本地連續粥店7點就關門添啊！行吓行吓，就去到現時點... 以前間餐廳出邊有架火車，都幾iconic，但係而家拆咗lu...今晚有d夜，9點半入到去，已經開始做緊清潔打掃，門口接待都多次提醒10點last order，10點3關門...筆者一坐低，就即刻拎起個menu快速掃一輪，結果發現佢地又轉左menu設計，真係花多眼亂🤤嘅然係咁，一如睇下枱面d墊枱紙仲好啦，佢大大隻字寫住價錢多年不變🙈最後叫左椒鹽脆豆腐、蒜蓉牛油雞翼同埋豬肉粉卷🤟🤟HKD19.5 一份，超值！望落去唔會好油，咬落豆腐都算滑口，再配上喼汁，小心辣到口就真！HKD41一份，皮脆肉嫩，食落唔會重雪藏味HKD33 一份，皮夠薄，餡肉足，餐前小吃之選總結：想搵個地方坐得舒服，試唔同地方菜式的朋友，可以試下！參考：
