今晚約左Mammy食飯,唔知食咩好,Mammy住大圍,聽人講話楓林小館好得,等我一早book定位,點知我地三個人去到就只得三枱人~而且有兩枱都係遊客...老侍應服務好好呀!香酥鴨~8分~鴨肉上面加上一層芋容再酥炸將面層炸至鬆化,食落面層入口即化,芋容好甘香,再咬深啲先食到鴨肉,底層係鴨皮;雖然入口感覺真係好好,好香,但係芋頭太多有啲遮過鴨味,同時食完一件就已經好快覺得有飽滯感!配醬問過侍應係咩醬,侍應話:"都係果啲醬啦!"...哈哈~咁即係咩呀?...不過個唔知咩配醬都無咩特別...所以唔知係咩都無所謂!紅燒乳鴿~9分~一食就知道係好野,因為溫度夠,而且皮好脆,一咬入去仲有肉汁流出黎,無燒得太乾,咁先食到食物本身嘅鮮味嫁嘛!冬瓜盅~6.5分~普普通通無咩特別...都係原個冬瓜挖空黎蒸燉囉...入面配料亦唔多,就係淡淡的一個冬瓜湯罷了!西蘭花西芹炒帶子~6分~比6分就唔係話佢唔好食,只不過係太貴啦!普通到連相都唔記得左影添~炒碟咁嘅野又唔係大碟喎要成$130,$80就差唔多~帶子又唔係鮮帶子,一樣係雪藏貨!核桃糊~5分~睇個樣就應該係手磨嘅,因為超級粗粒,唔咬過都唔吞得,味道又無話特別香

哩餐飯可算是一個貴夾唔好食嘅體驗呀...以後邊個話哩間野得我都要對果個人嘅誠信評估下先得!....成餐飯食左哩幾味就要成$700~我諗有大把好啲嘅選擇囉!
