To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味指數：🤤🤤🤤抵食指數：🤭🤭呢間冇得book、冇得上網拎飛嘅好似好高檔嘅城中鴨子，經過幾次都話連飛都派晒🤷🏽‍♀️物以罕為貴，搞到我一直心癢癢想試👅，難得夾到朋友早放工，諗住6點前去應該有位呱🙉點知5:50pm去到都已經滿座🥹，㩒飛仔已經要等20張😅😅有一剎那想放棄，但兩個硬頸(主要係仲未肚餓🤣)嘅人決定就企定定喺個門口度等😎點知咁啱有一枱食得好快，再加上排我哋前面嗰19張飛都唔知係行開咗定放棄咗，我哋等咗半個鐘左右，就已經有得入座了✌🏾✅烤北京填鴨半隻🦆講真，我覺得還好… 鴨皮脆，肥膏少，但鴨肉鬆散，鴨香缺缺🥹🥹包皮就厚薄適中，但唔知點解硬係穿個窿咁😑🌟雪花松葉炸蟹鉗🦀呢個蟹鉗反而唔錯，外脆內軟係基本，重點係蟹肉好鮮同肉質爽口彈牙👍🏽✅鴨肉炒飯🦆賣相不錯，炒飯粒粒分明，配合櫻花蝦口感幾豐富，不過其實我expect有啲鴨香味，結果都係冇，鴨肉都係鬆散…🙈✅小籠包皮嘅厚薄都合理嘅，湯汁都夠多，個人覺得味道偏淡，但朋友覺得還好🙂總的來說，如果撞正唔洗排隊嘅時間，都不妨一試嘅～
