To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔同分店水準相差天與地

話說我食過天澤商場嘅分店，覺得好唔錯，於是再encore呢間舖，叫左一個茄汁焗豬飯，凍檸茶，同埋加＄９要左個忌廉湯首先講講佢個飯，五十幾蚊黎講，芝士分量算係幾佛心，性價比算係幾高，而豬扒無乜特別，飯炒底都算香口，最大敗筆係個汁度，太酸，太重茄汁味，好人工化嘅感覺，係個芝士挽回返少少分數，雖然大家都知茄汁飯未必真係有蕃茄係入面，不過落返一片蕃茄做下樣都唔過份掛？再黎係個忌廉湯，非常稀，有一粒粒粉狀好似未攪勻咁？非常後悔加錢要埋個湯最後係個檸檬茶，其實我本來係好欣賞佢個凍檸茶，唔使督檸檬，檸檬好清香，味道又唔會太酸ｏｒ太甜，但一擺底我已經覺得隻色唔對路，點知真係無加檸檬汁，可能佢真係太忙喇，不過唔緊要啦，呢間分店真係無下次！
