To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本想到隔壁的咖啡店，但抵埗時仍未開市，不想四處走，看這裡環境也不錯，而且也有幾枱客人，相信水準也可以，就在最近的這間茶檔試試吧。選了早餐A，鮑片火腿絲湯通粉($32)、牛油多士、兩份炒蛋及奶茶。因不想吃肉，就選了兩份炒蛋，蛋香滑可口，通粉也不會過份淋，奶茶香滑但茶味淡，水準不過不失吧；但「兩份」炒蛋，份量竟然只有這麼細，真不知是否將貨就價，但吃完未夠飽就有點不是味兒。大喜茶檔地址: 上環上環華里7號電話: 25776177

因不想吃肉，就選了兩份炒蛋，蛋香滑可口，通粉也不會過份淋，奶茶香滑但茶味淡，水準不過不失吧；但「兩份」炒蛋，份量竟然只有這麼細，真不知是否將貨就價，但吃完未夠飽就有點不是味兒。
