To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日下午3點去到，排咗15分鐘左右就入得枱同枱之間都好近，坐入去梳化要側身入斑蘭椰啡：朋友話幾好飲，又有椰子雪糕食我對斑蘭感覺一般，試咗啖都覺得唔錯嘅～Matcha latte：抹茶味幾好，唔會太苦～忌廉腐乳醬北海道帶子闊麵：麵幾好食，腐乳醬都幾夾，但帶子就一般，好似冇乜味咁有啲乾忌廉芝士煙三文魚酸種多士：多士好味！忌廉芝士好開胃煙三文魚都大舊法式煎多士：多士煎得好脆，甜甜地幾好味，同椰子雪糕都好夾，不過我地都麻麻地個cream, 隻味有啲怪～侍應服務都ok, 會主動問我地要唔要碟不過環境整體一般，音樂太大聲，冇得同朋友好好傾計，食完都係拿拿聲走～冇乜令人放鬆休閑嘅感覺
