To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日諗住同兩老去飲茶。心諗依家多返人出嚟食飯,所以就大約十一點左右去攞位。去到已經有好多人等緊位,我攞飛要等成十幾張枱。大約半個鐘都只係入咗兩張枱。之後見到一家三口遲過我哋半個鐘嚟去櫃枱攞飛。嗰兩位明顯唔係本地人嘅夫婦同個仔不停喺櫃枱附近行嚟行去,不停用佢哋嘅鄉下話同櫃枱個阿姐傾計。之後佢哋就唔駛等就有枱。而我哋明明人數一樣,攞飛等位就要繼續等多十幾張枱。之後都有其他等緊位嘅客人投訴個櫃枱阿姐,因為好多人唔攞飛就直接入去見有位就坐低,或者好似頭先個一家三口咁,傾吓偈就有位。但係個櫃枱阿姐扮晒嘢話咩都唔知。之後有位婆婆同我哋講,話嗰啲熟客仔,成日俾利事,所以唔駛排隊。哦,咁不如唔好開門淨係做熟客仔/同鄉生意喇,或者同等緊嘅人講熟客優先,你哋慢慢等啦。最後我哋等咗一個多鐘左右先有位。
