To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老舖翻新,九龍城又多一間Cafe了,sell與九龍城社區結合,其中一味忌廉腐乳醬北海道帶子闊麵($138),根據網上介紹,是以九龍城的腐乳代替芝士調製成忌廉汁,聞落係有腐乳味,但食落就真係無了,反而用返芝士整汁,口感會濃厚啲。最令人失望的係啲帶子,睇個表面,我估係用火槍噴兩下製造火炙效果,但帶子要好食,應該用油或牛油煎封兩面,呈金黃色最佳,而家呢種黑色燶起來一點點的,做不到煎封鎖水效果,亦令帶子沒了油煎所帶來的香味,即使用來打卡都有啲醜樣。「冬蔭公幼意麵」($128),一般般,蕃茄味比冬蔭功味更強,但比腐乳闊麵好吃了。唔記得咗加幾多錢可以要件cake,選了藍莓芝士蛋糕,份量好慷慨,而且絕對比鹹點出色,芝士蛋糕口感細滑,不錯。朋友叫了斑蘭椰啡($52),佢話好甜,我無飲,評價唔到。九龍城美食有好多,如果要花時間排隊,建議去另一間。
