To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本諗住食翡翠拉麵小籠包，見到佢雖然改咗名但都係翡翠旗下又可以用coupon就試下啦，點知啲野食比起之前仲係叫翡翠果陣都差得幾遠我地叫咗個雞絲粉皮，麻醬太多，啲粉皮超級厚，硬身又唔滑個鍋貼就乾爭爭不過個底都算煎得脆嘅，可惜太乾完全無肉汁🙃松子魚，條魚本身炸得好脆，但個芡汁就酸咗啲賽螃蟹就味淡感覺不過不失🙂 油淋子雞皮脆肉唔亂嫩🫢好彩佢仲有個小籠包搭救，真係皮薄多汁，叫咗咁多野之中最好食就係佢😋 總體嚟講，感覺都係唔太好食😅但服務就唔算，唯一抵讚
