To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友傾開掛住臺灣,佢介紹我去觀塘小店食臺灣好嘢頂住癮先;一聽到觀塘心都驚一驚,好塞車喎,不過聽佢講到咁好食,又心郁郁,終於忍唔住去一試究竟。果然冇介紹錯,#一試難忘,同臺灣地道食物一樣抵食夾大件,餐廳名又係地標「壹.01」,再加墻上的文字與圖案格局,令人有一份短暫置身臺灣的感覺。2:15左右嚟到,店員好快就已經幫我安排較闊落嘅座位,方便輪椅出入;除咗遞上餐具及餐牌之外,仲提示可以掃描檯上QR code點餐,以及2:30後有9折優惠,並且推介佢哋嘅脆炸鮮奶卷。2人共叫咗2個主食、2杯飲品,及2個小食,飲品有半價之外,全單仲要有9折,埋單計數$240都唔使;能夠以呢個價錢,一解思臺之苦,真係物超所值。香蔥紫菜牛肉飯 $57一個比頭仲大的圓碗一攞上枱,即時眼都大埋;上面鋪滿豐富食材;上層一半以上都係肥牛,其餘便是香蔥粒、洋蔥段、兩款味菜,還有番紅花的點綴;中層係滿滿的紫菜,完全覆蓋着下層的飯。肥牛片雖然比較薄,但勝在夠入味,再配合所有配料同飯一齊食,味道非常獨特;而且呢個飯係冇牛肉汁,我諗係因為唔想整淋啲紫菜,保留紫菜嘅香脆口感。辣椒大蔥排骨飯 $58呢個係我今餐飯嘅最大驚喜,一塊大過面嘅

呢個係我今餐飯嘅最大驚喜,一塊大過面嘅排骨(其實係冇骨嘅),鋪滿碗面,仲要有2cm咁厚,肉眼一睇就已經過覺得係高質。再放入口,熱辣辣的排骨非常鬆脆,肉質幼嫩,完全能夠保留肉汁鮮味;加上芝麻、青辣椒、大蔥配合起來的特色口味,令人一試難忘,完全停唔到口。

20幾蚊1杯大大珍珠奶茶,而家喺香港真係好少,額外加埋芝士奶蓋,先至係30幾蚊左右,真係好抵!奶茶香滑,珍珠有咬感得嚟唔會太硬,煮得好有水準;最後當然唔少得特濃芝士奶蓋,芝士味非常濃郁,令成杯嘢更加畫龍點睛。

決定來幫襯之前都有做定功課,見到呢款芋頭鮮奶就已經好想試,原價$48真係有啲貴,唔捨得;但係而家半價就一定唔可以放過,仲決定額外加埋寒天,增添多重口感。鮮奶嫩滑味濃,手作芋頭壓得糼起沙,亦有少量保持不規則粒狀,保持一定口感;飲品沒有加上任何額外甜味,完整保留3.5牛奶(俾我發現到佢哋係用Pomurske Mlekarne3.5全脂牛奶)及芋頭的原味。寒天就似香港嘅大菜糕,切成大大粒嘅正方形,帶點甜味;由於比較結實,用飲管唔能夠將佢啜散,需要打開蓋用匙羹畢嚟食。

去過臺北都一定回味夜市小食,呢度就可以一次過回味3款小食。台灣腸外皮脆卜卜,加上蜜糖做點綴,更加無懈可擊。圓圓的花枝丸外表炸得金黃,咬落非常彈口,亦有唔少嘅花枝肉粒,非常鮮甜。鹽酥雞同樣美味,咸脆適中,依然保存鮮味,一口一粒,食過不停。

呢個餐廳推介小食拼,真係值得一試,兩款都即製上枱,好好味!鮮奶卷外脆,入面既軟心鮮奶漿唔係流心,咬落去唔怕流晒出黎,完全能夠將濃郁奶味放入口,2個人分3件真係唔夠喉。二文治呢個名已經引起注目,食落又真係好特別;外層似炸脆左既簿餅,入面係軟滑芋泥,但亦有被炸過收左水既結實質感,唔會一咬就散,令整個小食有完美配合,真係大滿足。
