To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下着大雨的星期六晚,同場的食肆都比較冷清,就只有這一間外表完全不起眼的台灣小店,19:30去到,幾乎全場滿座,之後還不停有客入座/外賣,如此盛況令人對食物質素充滿期待見到幾乎每一枱都在點同一款飯,第一次來就先跟大隊就是這個芒果魯肉飯($60)芒果和魯肉的組合,就像菠蘿和咕嚕肉,都是用果香襯托濃郁的肉味。魯肉一般要帶些脂肪才香滑,配上芒果可以減低油膩感。而店家用的芒果夠甜,和用醬油煮得入味的魯肉一鹹一甜竟然碰出意料之外的火花,令兩者的味道都更突出。個人口味來講,魯肉的調味如果重手一點會更精彩呢。而旁邊的蔥絲/酸菜/西蘭花也令口感和味道更豐富。小食的選擇也不少,還有些未試過的原創菜式明明.我不是章魚燒(6粒$48):外貌明明是章魚燒,但其實是酥炸花枝丸塗上明太子醬再灑些鰹魚絲喬裝而成的,玩味十足。鹹香的明太子醬,配炸得金黃口感彈牙內有鮮甜墨魚粒的花枝丸,上面有煙薰香的鰹魚絲,再夾着葱絲和少少甜辣的紅豆絲(不是紅薑)一起吃,比真的章魚燒更香口拉絲芝士火腿蛋餅($45):真的如餐牌所講要等15分鐘,但值得去等。香脆外皮包著一層充滿彈性的蛋皮,再包著半溶芝士和火腿。夾起來真的可以見到芝士拉絲咬下去芝士像溶岩流出來舖滿整個口腔,還有火腿和蛋的香味讓人很滿足,怪不得又名「熔岩蛋之戀」炸鮮奶.芋泥二文治($48):我沒寫錯,因為這是用兩片餅乾夾着厚厚芋泥炸香的小食,所以叫二文治。芋泥軟糯充滿芋頭香,用脆口的炸餅乾襯托,口感好像輕盈了,沒想像中那麽飽滯。炸鮮奶咬開鬆脆外層,裏面是幼滑香甜的鮮奶糊,作為飯後甜品很不錯吃台灣菜當然要叫茶飲仙草雙檸冬瓜茶(L:$27):雙檸是指黃檸檬和青檸。因為冬瓜茶味道比較淡,也沒有紅茶的微澀,不像一般茶餐廳檸茶要放很多酸度十足的檸檬。混合青檸清新的氣味,加上爽滑的仙草,口感和味道更有層次黑糖珍珠鮮奶(L:$40):強烈建議不要少甜,必須選正常甜度,因為黑糖那種帶着醇厚蜜糖香的甜味,是需要正常甜的甜度才可以散發出來,配上鮮奶飲下去圓潤順滑,還有Q彈的珍珠,是在地的台灣味P.S.
