睇到其他食評。路過銅鑼灣,於是嚟呢度食燒鵝同叉燒。見到話呢度嘅餐單,如果要食燒鵝脾,特別要加$60。一個例牌普通叉燒,收$138。諗住享負勝銘,價錢係其次,最緊要好食。。。點知,啲嘢食嚟到,其實都幾伏。你話唔好咩,其實真係唔係。只不過唔係好值呢個價錢。燒鵝算嫩,肉汁多,唔肥膩,皮薄。但$218一個下裝,骨頭多咗啲,冇乜肉食。我會食中環一樂燒鵝髀賴,真係好食好多。叫咗一隻燒乳鴿$88。鮮炸,香口,叫做not too bad,算係high light。最唔掂係碟叉燒。入邊唔知係筋定係啲乜,un。總之叉燒就唔好食,唔值。我會prefer咬落有肉感,口感嘅叉燒。呢度啲肉林啤啤,但中間又有條筋。太子撈麵成為$39。棋哥嘅鵝油撈麵好食過佢好多。呢度,只係冇鹼水味幼麵嘅普通貨。
